Terms and conditions
A 10% deposit is payable on booking.
Full payment is payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
To allow time for cleaning you need to vacate your holiday home by 10.30am on your leaving date.
For the above reasons your holiday accommodation will be available from 3.00pm on your start date.
We request that for the comfort of most of our guests you do not smoke in the caravan.
Bookings are not accepted from persons under 21.
All personal possessions brought by you and your party are your entire responsibility and are left or carried at your
own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage however caused.
In line with park policy groups of young people under 25 are not accepted.
You and your party agree to show consideration to other guests at all times. Excessive noise, offensive, illegal or antisocial
behaviour will result in you and your party being asked to leave the park and no refunds will be given.
All services/facilities offered by the park in relation to children are not child care facilities. Whilst every care is
taken, children remain the responsibility of their parents at all times.
The number of occupants including children and babies cannot exceed 8 persons. You agree to keep the accommodation clean
and tidy and leave it in a similar condition.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. However park rules require that they are kept on a lead and wear a free id tag available
from reception. Sorry but park rules allow only one dog per party.

Cancellation Cover
If you have to cancel your holiday for any of the following reasons, providing full documentary evidence of the circumstances
(which must have arisen after the booking was made) accompanies your cancellation, we will refund all monies paid less an
administration fee of £30.00.
1) Death, serious injury or serious illness of any member of your party named on the booking form
2) Redundancy qualifying for statuary payment affecting any person named on your booking form.
3) Unforeseen occupational posting in your present employment.
4) Witness or jury service byyou and your spose.
If you cancel in writing for any other reason we will refund monies paid less the amounts as listed below.
1) Cancellation more than six weeks before arrival date. You will lose your deposit.
2) Cancellation between 3 & 6 weeks before arrival date. 50% of your full holiday price.
3) Cancellation of your holiday less than 3 weeks before your arrival date. 100% of the cost of your holiday.
We strongly advise all of our customers to take out relevant insurance cover to protect them should they have to cancell.
