We have a 6-8 berth 35ft by 12ft holiday caravan for rent situated on the Welcome Family Holiday park in Dawlish Warren South Devon.

The Caravan is 35ft by 12ft. The accommodation consists of one double and two twin bedrooms, separate wc, ,full size shower, kitchen with full size cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The dining area converts into another double bed giving a total sleeping capacity of 8 persons.
The lounge is approximately 12ft by 10ft and has tv with the usual 5 channels plus film 4 and sky news. There is also a radio and cd player. Play stations and games can be hired at reception for a small weekly charge
