The holiday park is situated in Dawlish Warren and just ten minuets walk from long sandy beaches which run into crystal clear
water that is usually flat calm. The beach has again won the coveted blue flag.
Running parallel to the beach is an established nature reserve with level walks.
The train station is just before the beach and the line runs along the coast with access to Star Cross and Exeter in one
direction and Dawlish, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot in the other. During the summer months there is a picturesque coastal walk
into Dawlish which takes about half an hour. The centre of Dawlish is a bird santuary with resident families of Black Swans
and various species of duck and geese.
Beach side amusements at Dawlish Warren consist of shops a go kart track that caters for all abilities and two amusement
arcades. There is also a golf course.
For guests who enjoy course fishing the Hazelwood site across the road is happy to let our guests use their lake on purchase
of a £3.00 day ticket (juniors £2.00)purchased from the Londis shop. rember to bring your environment agency rod licence as
it will be checked. You will find Tench, Bream and Carp in excess of 20lb. Ask to see the pictures in the shop.
